Telkom services are pathetic

Good Day hope you are well..<br> Our Internet service from Telkom is not working and it seems to be a fault on their side..<br> It's a week and a half now.. I have called them several times they logged a call for a technician to come out up to this day no one has come out..<br> They have marked it as urgent apparently. .<br> My daughter called today on behalf of me andspoke to a lady told her we paying for a service we are not using no one has come out to sort the problem but they sent me a sms to rate the service of the technician but no one has assisted us..my sister cannot do her schooling online since the wifi isn't working and exams are starting..<br> I told her that if by today no one comes I will cancel the contract tomorrow and purchase from another provider. .<br> Her story was that she sees on her system that a technician is sent out to our area today but he has a list of people to attend to so she is not sure if he will come to us today..<br> She was very laid back with a don't care attitude. .<br> We cannot go back and forth like this for a week and a half..<br> Please help as Telkom is ridiculous<br> Kind Regards
