Telkom services are bad

I recently laid a complaint about something and was still not assisted by any of Telkoms staff. Very poor service I tell you I spent r150 airtime on data my sim was cut off for a month and they did not allow me to simswap while I couldn't get to the store .I have even sent an email and tried to call service centre countless times but no one even bothered to help me .....what a waste of my time airtime and money . I'm super disappointed
