Telkom services are bad

Telkom r ****** I cancelled my contract more than 3 years ago,they called to tell me that i ddnt cancel,i then asked them because i asked them to disconnect their router nd im no longer using it,it even got lost.they said they will cancel,but they kept billing,last month they deducted an amount of R4500 nd i decided to let it be,thinking that its fine they hav taken their money,today they deduct R5500 again,for what i dont know,and when i call them theres no answer
