Telkom services and ping issues:

<p>Its surprising and frustrating that when you call telkom to issue a problem it is either never resolved or they have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Telkom, i have found out as i have been feeling this issue, is using a very old and outdated exchange that brings south africa to the servers of the world, any telkom user should know about the high ping issue we have because of it. Telkom does nothing about it and we have every right to complain. if you join any other service provider once you get a telkom landline then you see how there exchanges are far far better such as mweb gets about 120 to 180 ping to european servers where as telkoms lowest on a good day is 270 to 375 ping. hope they soon care about their customers and stop hiring slack inexperienced workers</p>
