Telkom over charging

I have had a telkom contract with telkom for over 5 years and when i signed up for the contract i took the unlimited calls contract its been going fine all along until i got my new statement and i seen that the amount is double i thought that it was a mistake their side but when i called telkom they said that i am paying now for spending over the limit i spoke to a lady from telkom and after 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue she said that she is redirecting the call i held on the phone and then it cut im really tired of wasting my time in my heart i feel that telkom is a ***** and faulse advertising is a ******** offense
