Telkom services

It seems all is not really rosy with this Telkom seemingly affordable data deals. Second month in a row now my 10 gig data a month finishes midway during the month, I went to the store and they printed my activities and all the bytes used were less than 10gig. Then I was told to wait for a call from a technical division for 72hrs...really now? 3 days of no solution can't be a service I like, and when I went back to store they tell me the same story, what a frustration, can't use my data...
