It's been 12 days and no one has came to install the WiFi set up at our house. I was told by the agent that they will take 7-10 days to come for installation, but when chatting to one of their agents, she told me 7-21 days, SORRY and she cannot assist with anything else or speeding up this PROCESS. I have paid my deposit and I feel waiting 21 days for a installment paid for already is insane. i need to pay the monthly installment yet again which means that one month went pass without nothing. does that even make sense? I need someone from Telkom to contact me urgently!
