Telkom services

Hi guys so I have signed up for telkom lte 80 gig day and 80 gig night time to the value of R499 and added the router for extra 79pm so I get billed R999 for a month I called the call center plenty times and have not resolved the problem as of yet. Every time I talk to them the price changes and my internet has also been suspended since the for the last 2 weeks now they wanted me to pay R1000 and I refused it has been lowered to R680 I still refused. This is the worst service I have ever received I can't believe that this is how a paying customer is treated
