Telkom Serviceless!!

Telkom sells us the "wifi/wireless" phone/device on our office landline in an effort to curb/avoid cable theft...the handset is faulty, we have reported it three times already since three months ago but to no avail!! but still their telemarketers phones us to sell other *** we argue that they are rendering poor service they instruct us to take the device in to a Telkom shop....the nearest shop is 150km's away from us.
