TELKOM **** SERVICE - WIFI OFF FOR 5 DAYS ALREADY. I AM ANGRY

Telkom has the worse wifi/adsl ever, been the same problem since we installed the wifi and the problem is with the line/box where the wifi is connected, the box is old and they advised they wont replace the box as they are still waiting for fibre to be installed and that is almost 2 years later. logged a fault on Friday, technician scheduled to come out on Saturday, called again and only to be told scheduled for Monday, called back Monday and was then told technician was supposed to come on Sunday but no one called or anything, called again Monday about 4 times told technician is scheduled to come and no one did, today 1 June 2021 3 technicians arrived, only checked the router, no one went to the telephone pole to check if everything is fine, no one went to the box where the line is connect either. i am GATVOL of TELKOM and their **** Service, they quick to stop your connection when you dont pay but when you need help this is the **** you get, please fix my problem ASAP. ***/ fault # 48420
