Telkom Service, What service........what a Joke!

I have been on Telkom LTE now for a few years and now for the past few month my download speeds have gone from 20mb/s to average of 4mb/s. I requested Telkom cancel my contract without penalty fees for months owing. They got hold of me surprisingly and arrange a techie to come check my connection which he did and saw that my speed are not correct and that I'm not connected to the tower 400meters from but to a tower 1.7 Km away. He put in the request for a booster and that was weeks ago. I got hold of Telkom on Twitter to them responding by apologizing for getting back so late and that its, no help to request again. Who pays R749 for a 4mb line on LTE? Basically I'm been ******ed by false advertising and my consumer right states that if you not given promised service, that I'm entitled for refund or cancellation. I have so many Horror story online about Telkom and I will never ever use their service again or recommend it to anyone. They Quick to take your money, but don't ask them to provide a service.
