Telkom service - What service?

Telkom doesn't even deserve a one star rating because there is no service to rate. Long story, short... We have tried to have the landline transferred from our old address to our new address, but with no luck! Telkom can't even trace our numerous reference numbers on their system, so what is the point of issuing a reference number or recording the calls?!!! I have asked the Telkom consultant to rate their service to which her answer was: "I can't rate this service" If a Telkom employee can't even rate their own service and have no confidence in the company she works for...!!! I rest my case...!!!!!!!!
