Telkom service (What service?)

I wish no-one and experience that I have experienced the past two years with Telkom! The business is run by computers and you battle to report faults on the online system. I have been a loyal supporter of the company ever since I moved into my own house. That's from 1987 and had many years of happy connections, but the new system is letting me down badly. When you request a cancellation it is done in less than two days but and application takes much much longer!! I have been trying to get a refund for services NOT RENDERED, to no avail! I was billed for services that I didn't order and I am still waiting for the recording of my supposed conversation on the system for the services. and the rendering of NO service. I would like to warn any prospective client, DON'T expect to much service satisfaction.
