Telkom service websites a total Mess!

Attempted to find out how to cancel my fibre contact in order to switch.

I challenge anyone to try to find the information or a process to follow on their various webpages whic have to be the most confusing of any major service provider. v

If you do manage to find something you are required to input various 12 digit numbers and data with various names I am not fami**** with.

I even Googled "Cancel fibre Telkom" and got ZERO hits on the entire internet!!!

I will try to find the appropriate Page, Link or Contact Us or Call Us details again but their websites are a mess. Try it
