Telkom Service was terrible and they lie to you

Just recently had the worst service from Telkom and I have to let everyone know, the blatant disregard to paying customers is actually unbelievable. My telkom DSL line went down on Friday Afternoon and it was not hit by Lightning as we unplugged the equipment, and after the storm was over we plugged everything back in, and the phone line works just fine but the DSL is not working. I logged a case with Telkom call center, after holding for 30min, then go through all the troubleshooting and then get told they escalating to a tech, cool so 3 days later a rude Guy by the name of Levy shows up at my house, and tells my mother that both the phone and the router is struck by lightning and we must get new ones and leaves!!! I get home now and find all the cables lying on the floor unplugged so i connect the cables and guess what...the phone works! so he **** to us! however the DSL is still not working.
