Telkom service very poor

Hi there, I took a contract of a phone and SIM card couple of months ago at Telkom via an agent online. It happened that the SIM card was faulty because I was using it in the new phone and my primary SIM card I didn't notice immediately. I have been calling to get this bill off my other bill but they can't. Also my line just got suspended while they took money from my account, I have called this Monday, Tuesday and was told each days that yes the problem is not from you and that my line will be reconnected but nothing good has happened till now
