Telkom service very pathetic

My reference with Telkom Hostmaster is [telkomsa.net# ********** ]. I am trying since 4/7/2018 to transfer my domain name from Telkom to Afrihost. Host Master asked me for the request on an official letter together with a copy of my ID, which was sent back to Host Master on the 4/7/2018. To date I have not heard from them and I know that this issue has not been done as Afrihost keep my updated. As at today 16/7/2018, as I am writing this, I have been on the telephone line since 8:00am trying to find out who to speak to in this regard. i keep getting shifted between 10213 & 10217. It is so ridiculous that no-one knows what they are doing.
