Telkom service very disappointing

<p>I took out a contract with telkom which was supposed to be a 2G or R129. What i actually got is a nightmare. First i was billed 700 rand for 500mb. When i called to inquire i was told they couldnt help me i must contact the supplier that sold me the contract online. Long story short they credited my account with R400 but i was still getting billed way over than what i initially wanted. What is disappointing is the level of service from telkom as their employees have taken me from pillar to post. I would like them to rectify this</p>
