Telkom service up to ****!!!

I am extremely unhappy with telkom and their services, we had a residential ADSL line installed in April of this year and with the package we received a sim card that is supposed to come with 1GB data each month. We have not been able to use the sim card due to the fact that telkom never loaded the data onto it. I have been struggling since April to sort this out and still nobody can help me, if I phone telkom they say I must go to the store, if I go to the store they say I must phone telkom I really am tired of struggling to get this sorted out, I don't understand what the major issue is with loading the data. I am very annoyed and have it in my right mind to cancel my subscription completely with telkom if I dont get this resolved. Highly disgusted!!!!
