Telkom service unavailable again!!

<p>On October 21st I advised that my Telkom line was down, after 6 weeks Telkom finally resolved the issue, the service worked for around 10 days and is now down again, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HOLIDAYS!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>niw we start all over again, I'll be lucky if it only takes 6 weeks again</p> <p> </p> <p>How can Telkom claim to be a telephone company but cannot provide even the most basis services!!!!</p>
