Telkom service Terrible out of box failure on laptop

I have recently purchased a laptop and LTE Route via online and an agent contacted and approved the bundle - the laptop was opened and tried to switch on which it didnt i immediately contacted the call centre and the fault was booked and my laptop picked up however when contacting the repair centre they did not book the laptop which was faulty but the modem - now they cant do anything without a rebook of the correct device telkom has given me the run around since friday and still no luck here im sitting with a router and no laptop and will probably pay for something that sitting with the repair place
