Telkom service terrible

Telkom organized to get my fiber line in 2 weeks ago since then I have had. No fiber I have contacted them every day since. Sometimes twice a day. They keep on telling me it is someone else’s problem. I have requested to speak to a team leader or manager but they are always too busy and they will call me back. Not one of them have called me back. Then I keep on getting messages from them that my query has be resolved where nothing has ever been done. The service stinks. Then they send me messages that I will be charged for my fiber line. I don’t recommend Telkom fiber to anyone you will be making a big mistake.
