Telkom service sucks - over a month and still no phone

I am struggling with Telkom tremendously. I have been asking Telkom almost daily since the 4 December to migrate my elderly parents phone to LTE and change service plans. Every single request after 5 - 7 working days has been rejected and then I have to start again. I am still nowhere near any help and my elderly parents do not know how to use cell phones and have had no phones for a month. This makes me want to never use Telkom again.

Telkom - I have tried and tried to escalate this and am getting nowhere!!!! Please phone me on *** to resolve this!!
