Telkom service sucks NX!!!!

i have been trying to cancel this contract for the past 3 months no luck and i ended up keeping the contract , but now i cant get any assistance , if i call their call center i never get through and tried their website chat no one ever responds , the self service will not increase my limit ,i have an emergency *** do i do now ???????

clearly you have a lot of clients please set me free and cancel my contract !!!!
