Telkom service sucks !!!! Never use them !!!

I have an issue with as I bought a double deal contract on the 6th of December already and it was said that I would have my devices by today as today is the 10th business day but I keep on hearing now that there is a stock issue and on Monday I was told that I would have my devices today or the latest tomorrow as it would be processed by Monday because they have received stock but nowbit is still not processed so why are they selling things that they dont have stock of and how come empty promisses are being made. The one device is a gift and now I dont have a gift to give. This is misleading customers and pathetic service.
