TELKOM SERVICE SUCKS - LINES NOT WORKING

Telkom so useless. They have not fixed our lines in over a week. How can we do business like this?<br> <br> I contacted the Call center. The woman I spoke to can hardly speak English!!!! I was spelling my name to her, I got inpatient. She put the phone down. First of all their staff are ***********. They dont know how to deal with clients. Telkom will fix one line and mess up another.
