Telkom service sucks I'm so disappointed

I received an incorrect bill and disputed it on the 2oth April till today the query has not yet been resolved and now its affecting my monthly account bill. Everytime I call for feedback I'm being told it's under investigation and when I ask to talk to a supervisor I'm being told they are working from home and they tell me a call back request is logged but I never received a call till today .
