Telkom Service Sucks !!!

I app**** for an uncapped LTE line with a D-Link DWR-956M router in the first week of November, and received it three days later. It worked for a week, and all of a sudden from this morning, it no longer connects. I just spent three hours on the phone on four different calls, as I get cut off every time, and no-one in the entire Telkom seems to know how to resolve this issue, which leads to the call just being dropped. This has to be the worst service I have ever received !!!!
