Telkom Service Sucks

Telkom/Vumatel your inability to take responsibility and resolving our technical issue regarding our Wi-Fi is annoying now. Out of service for 6 weeks now with an Internet service that is intermittent when you have children studying online, meetings that you have to fund your data daily though you have uncapped Wi-Fi that you are paying for. Is this the service that we deserve? It is costing us time and money. Fault was closed with no resolution. Fault no. ***.
