TELKOM SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!

I have a contract with Telkom of which I was in arrears for two months, I called the call centre and asked them to cancel and to debit the full amount , the consultant said I have R6000 for arrears of which it didin't make sense and she was reluctant to close. Now it debited R8002 for what..iI AM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH TELKOM
