Telkom service sucks

I app**** for a phone upgrade online with Telkom and a consultant called me on the 5th of Jan and went through the application and I was told the phone will be delivered in 3-5 working days and on the 14th Jan I made a follow-up and the lady told me they had no stock but it has arrived now I will get my phone the courier guys will call me when they come I waited again on the 21st I called Phumzile told me that my application was at credit check but it has been cleared now I will receive my phone and she please call back on Monday to track application and I called on Monday their system was down the whole day. On Tuesday 25th Jan in the morning I call again and I spoke to Ashley who told me that she can't see any application except the one I did on the 21st which is also cancelled. She said I should do another application.
