Telkom service SUCKS!

We have recently relocated. We have put in a request to get our phoneline moved about 2 weeks ago. When we tried to phone Telkom to get feedback, one cannot get through on ANY of their helplines. No one has contacyed us to arranhe a date or anything. We requested the move online when we STILL HAD INTERNET!On a daily basis, we phone about 7 times and hold the line for about 20minutes. Its really getting frustrating.
