Telkom service Sucks

Telkom service Sucks,I have received a Fixed lookalike wireless phone and the sim-card for a week now,and the sim has never been activated,every consultant tells me to wait for 48hour however i was advised to wait for 72 hour after delivery,This has been escalated to senior manager at the sim activation department for business.but it seems like nobody cares.All i want from them is just to press an activate button,then i will be a happy customer.M now stacked with lot of work,i cant do jerk without tel line and internet,My business is loosing a lot of money.
