Telkom service sucks
Telkom customer service sucks... I took out 2 mobile contracts on the 30th September. Was billed the full contract amount for September despite being told that it will be pro rata. Sent documents for change of address and that is still not done. Called the call center and was told that it's a "back office" issue and they will contact me. Still waiting....????
