Telkom service sucks

Would like to lay a complain , teljim really subbotage me, i took a phone with them through Mondo they they took 4weeks for me to deliver a phone, and the lady i spoke to told me that their first debit will be on the last day of the month of October. To my surprise ? They started sending me threat sms telling me that they didnt get the money they will send me attonies for collection last day of the month of september they debited R795 last week they disconnected my service when i called a lady by kelebogile gave me an attitudr telling me that theres nothing she can do.. When i requested a copy of a recording they told me that i must call my lawyer... Is this how you guys treat your clients ???
