Telkom service sucks

I've bought a laptop from Telkom over 3 years ago and paid it off over 2 years.To my suprise they were charging me R39.35 for data that i didn't request to make matters worse they charged me additional R202.70 for deciding to deduct their so called R39.35 on the 24/08/2018 and yet my pay date is on the 25th of every month.They were also add on bundles that they said i requested but they is no usage than my question was if you request something it's because you have a need for it so how come is it not used as a result my bill is R505.11 for the month of September from R39.35.Telkom service sucks
