Telkom service sucks!

So disappointed that telkom is unable to provide me with an updated statement for my acc. Worse part they went and updated on my credit profile that my instalment is twice than what it is now they can't even provide proof of what it actually is, really? Can't even get a settlement letter for the acc, don't know what mickey mouse operation they are running there.
