Telkom service sucks

Hi. I need to complain about Telkom service. Our internet is now unavailable for one month plus. We have a ref nr for open serve to come and reset our router. They are sending us from the one to the other. Nobody is interested in assisting us. This is ridiculous. Its school holidays with no internet. This is not the first time. Its one phonecall after the other with no joy. Our ref nr is 43AEK290618.
