Telkom service sucks

I app**** for a Telkom fibre connection in the begining of April 2018 ref number ********** 38A Two non-uniformed guy rocked up on Monday 30th to do the connection, after much deliberation and me contacting all of my neighbours to get access they decided to go ahead after saying to me they "hev no money and are hungry" I gave them food and they proceeded to do the job. 1 Hr later they could not continue due to the box been a mess saying that the other crew had to fix it and would be there 1st thing on Wednesday. Wednesday evening at 5pm the new crew arrived, worked for an hour and left. Still no fibre connection and 2hrs on the phone to Telkom been transferred from Peter to Paul with no help.

Telkom sucks!!!!!!!!!!
