Telkom service sucks !!!

I've tried since 22/01/2018 to get contracts cancelled. I've emailed the following staff at Telkom who was suppose to get it done. After numerous calls to the Call Centres ( who's staff is inadequately trained and could not assist. ********** ********** ********** **********

Now I don't know what to do no more. Even gone as far in threatening to stop my Debit order at the bank in paying the Expired Contracts. Call the Calls are supposed to be recorded for Management purposes. Ya - right
