Telkom Service sucks

I am so disgusted by Telkom's service. I have logged a fault on the 12th March and up untill nothing has been done. Every day when I call to follow up they just keep saying sorry....we will call the technision that is assigned, but nothing happens. No one comes back to me.....this is already 4 weeks, with no internet or phone, but they are quick to ask for your monthly payment at the end of the month........for how long will I still have to wait!!
