Telkom service sucks!!!!

Where on earth is is possible that you have to wait 21 days for a line to be put into a holding queue?!!! Is this because of our mentality of South Africa??? The push of a button to take 21 days????!!! Obviously there is a coffee break, then lunch, another coffee break, some vacation and then a thought of possibly assisting the customer??? This is pathetic!!!! And not even to talk about your useless call center operators - just riding the gravy train like the rest of Africa, because they mean nothing to the service of a customer!!!
