Telkom service sucks
I reported a noisy and crossed line on the 31st July, which has now progressed to no service and my ADSL connection has now also failed. after numerous complaints and escalations I am still waiting for this to be resolved. I am dismayed over the TelKom service level, they just don't seem to care. If there was an alternative service provider I would change tomorrow.
