Telkom Service sucks

<p>To whom it may concern... I have been calling the telkom call centre a few times and everytime I am told that my data usage report will be emailed to me. Am still waiting.......... I also spoke to a consult with reagrds to my pakage and what am covered for an what am not covered for... The consultant told me that I can browse any website besides facebook on the social media data... However I ran up an account of over R530 and this all due to incorrect information given to me by your consultant... I would like to know who is going to be responsible to pay this bill cos am surely not going to pay it...</p> <p>I have never experience such poor service from any network provider.... Telkom is suppose to be the best network provider as it is the main provider... awaiting your urgent reply...</p>
