Telkom service sucks

<p>I am without telephone and Internet since October 2016. I've contracted them and even visit one of their offices where I was told that they can do nothing but only log a call to their head office. Many calls were logged but no action from them. I am using my cellular data since then and cannot afford it any more. Telkom broke a contract here and don't even and I am the financial loser here. My cell number is + ********** 7763 and home no is ********** 738 They gave me the ref no 549162</p>
