Telkom service suckkkkkkkksssss big time

Telkom service sucks! I logged a call for my faulty line on the 21st Dec. Up to today, no one bothered to call or update me. I called and escalated it on the 31st, no one bothered to call. I called again on the 10th, and 14th and today, 15th Jan - no one can tell me what the problem is- so I am done with Telkom.

Am cancelling my services! Thanks for nothing
