Telkom service ****** line replacement a never ending story

Early in December my internet stopped working and upon phoning Telkom I was informed that the line in my area has been ******. This has been going on for almost a month and I cannot get any information out of them on when the fault will be repaired. This is unbelievable, as I am sure many business' and private persons in the area is also affected Furthermore they are impossible to reach and it is impossible to use their mobile app.
