TELKOM service stinks. when last did you have to hold on for over 2 Hours for a CONSULTANT to ANSWER

TELKOM mobile and on-line service support is a mess!!!! i have been holding on for an assistant to amswer the phones for over 1 1/2 Hours. this is not a single time, but i have tried several times ALL THEIR CONSULTANTS ARE CURRENTLY BUSY !!!! that is the message. i am sure they are all there , but chatting away. SERVICE in SOUTH AFRICA has gone to Hell.
