TELKOM SERVICE STINKS
I had a debit order for 31 July 2021 on mt Telkom account. Telkom just decided to deducted my account on the 30th of July. When there was no funds available they just added R200 with my account because the debit order did not go thru. How can they decide when must debit orders go off if I set it for the 31st of the month. I'm waiting almost a week already for someone to call me back regarding this matter and to change my debit order date. I'm deeply disgusted in the service I an receiving from Telkom.

07 Sept 2021, 10:16Its been 7 days and no one has contacted me. On messenger they just keep sending that someone will call u. But nobody does. Its insane.
