Telkom service stinks

Telkom mobile service are worse than the presidency in SA. been waiting for a mobile device for 2 weeks that is now apparently out of stock and my account was debited for this **** service<br> <br> The worse service ever and I don't know how they survive and the call centre agents must be fired they are of no use and once can never get through and if one is persistent in holding on you only get through more than an hour later...<br> <br> How pathetic is Telkom
